Role:
As an Aquatic Deck Lead, you are responsible for the safety and overall experience of the aquatic facilities. You will oversee the day-to-day and short term operations of Aquatics staff. You will create and connect with our customers, community and employees in ways that are impactful in driving and advancing our cause. You will participate in re-imagining and evolving of the aquatic team’s play based and curriculum based experiences to bring the Gen H Lifestyle to life. You’ll engage with passion and be accountable to the team to help deliver strong results and impact.
As the Team Lead, your goal will be to provide support and leadership to ensure the team operates in a proficient and professional manner; Proving a safe and customer centric experience for our Customers and Employees using our Aquatic facilities.

30-40 hours per week
Flexible workdays and varied hours based on facility and department need
Hourly wage – Competitive based on experience and certifications
