We are focused on creating diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplaces founded on belonging within the recreation and parks sector. By carving the path to connect employees with employers, we remove barriers to industry entry, create stability for employees and their families, and provide sustainability for workplaces through access to qualified individuals, along with resources for designing consistent, safe and welcoming workplaces.
We aim to raise awareness about employment opportunities in the recreation and parks sector, support job seekers by showing pathways to employment, help the sector foster a more equitable, diverse, and inclusive workforce.

Existing at the heart of all communities, the recreation and parks sector brings people together to connect, live, work, and play. No matter where you are, recreation and parks are powerful tools for uniting individuals and fostering belonging.
Community is at the center of the recreation and parks, with there being various forms of communities within the sector. Working in recreation and parks means working with and for your community.
We will act as a compass by showing job seekers the many pathways you can take to enter the sector, while also guiding employers in fostering equitable, diverse, and inclusive workplaces
