Afterwards, ARPA’s own Emma Grove will be launching our newest resource, Nature Connection in Recreation, to discuss the importance of learning about people and nature, being with nature, and caring for nature in honour of June is Recreation and Parks Month (JRPM)!

This FREE virtual event will take place June 29th from 12:00pm to 1:00pm on Zoom!

The Alberta Recreation & Parks Association would like to acknowledge the First Nations, the Métis, the Inuit and all of the people across Alberta who share a history and a deep connection with this land. We dedicate ourselves to moving forward in partnership with Indigenous communities in the spirit of reconciliation and collaboration.
