Role:
As an Aquatics Program Coordinator, you are responsible for the safety and overall experience of the aquatic facilities. You will oversee the daily to one year out operations of all aquatics staff and the aquatics department, developing a schedule that is published in a timely manner and follows Alberta Labor Standards. You will assist in the development and programming creation of lessons and lesson assignments and be required to work within the Avocado program software. You will create and connect with our customers, community and employees in ways that are impactful in driving and advancing our cause. You will participate in re-imagining and evolving the aquatic team’s play-based and curriculum-based experiences. You’ll engage with passion and be accountable to the team to help deliver strong results and impact.
As a coordinator your goal will be to provide support and leadership to ensure the team operates in a proficient and professional manner, proving a safe and customer centric experience for our Customers and Employees using our Aquatic facilities and within aquatic programs.

40 hours per week
Flexible workdays and varied hours based on facility and department need
Eligible for a salary-based position with comprehensive benefit package after 3 months
