This FREE full-day training is designed for professionals at every level, focusing on practical ways to promote inclusive and equitable workplace practices and environments. This course uses discussion-based training to explore and answer difficult and ‘controversial’ questions surrounding gender, sex, and sexuality through a human-centred lens. Discussions prioritize diverse perspectives and lived experiences, aiming to translate this knowledge into increased confidence in interacting with queerness in the workplace.
