Job: Guest Services Supervisor - City of Leduc

If we’ve caught your attention, you should know we’re currently recruiting for a permanent full-time Guest Services Supervisor to promote the Leduc Recreation Centre’s services by identifying customer needs, recognizing moments of opportunity, providing value-added advice and providing the appropriate solution to meet customers’ requests.
Reporting to the Guest Services Coordinator, you will perform reception and administrative support for all areas within the LRC as well as fielding inquiries and transactions for other city departments. The Guest Services area is the first point of contact for all user groups, visitors, members, staff and the general public and the Guest Services Supervisor must be able to deliver on the spot problem solving by providing friendly, courteous and professional service.
The successful candidate will possess a High School Diploma, completion of a diploma-training program at the college or technical school is an asset. This position requires a minimum of three years of customer service experience, including cash handling experience and knowledge of MS Office Suite; one to two years of supervisory experience is an asset. IntelliLeisure computer experience and First Aid/CPR certificate are assets. Must have the ability to work
flexible shifts, evenings and weekends. The successful candidate must be willing to provide a current Criminal Records Check as part of the hiring process.
$24.80 - $30.99/hr
