The Town of High River is seeking a Building Maintenance Coordinator to join our Operational Services team. Reporting to the Facilities Management Supervisor, the Building Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for the facility maintenance of Town owned buildings. The Coordinator will work with internal customers to provide technical advice and feedback on related projects. In addition, this position will assist in the development and tracking of capital and operating budgets for building maintenance, ensuring all work remains within budget.

This is an opportunity to diversify one's skill set or begin a new career in municipal government operations, specifically building maintenance. As minimum requirements, applicants must have a Grade 12 education or equivalent, 5th class Power Engineering certificate, and valid class 5 Alberta Driver's licence. A minimum of 5 years experience relevant to building maintenance is require. Experience working in a municipal environment is considered an asset.

Compensation:
$32.14 to $34.77 /hour
